Sponsors Needed for a
SoulCollage® Workshop for Teen Girls
House Lightner Arts Studios© wants to bring SoulCollage® to teen girls in Southern California but we need your help!
This Girl Scout troop is a group of 8th-10th grade girls (ages 13-15). Many of their parents are unemployed, and it's difficult for them to even afford their monthly dues. Their Leader, an unemployed teacher is helping them out the best she can. She approached me recently asking if I would be interested in doing a workshop with the troop. Facing many challenges, including struggling with special needs, self-esteem, and financial issues, this group of girls could really benefit from something like SoulCollage®. I would love to share it with them, and I need your help to make it happen.
I can see SoulCollage® serving the needs of teen girls in many ways. Offering a unique set of creative and self care tools, SoulCollage® would help them to access their own inner wisdom in facing life's many challenges, and would give them a special tool to express themselves.
Since we're just starting up House Lightner Arts Studios©, and because of the financial needs of the troop, we are looking for a few folks who would like to sponsor this special group of teen girls.
We will accept donations in any amount, however, we also have a few specific, tangible levels of sponsorship we've outlined below. Donating is easy. Primary Sponsorship Needs For One 2 Hour Intro Workshop for a Troop of Six Scouts
Gold ($200)
Covers all of the primary costs of one 2 hour intro workshop for the whole troop
Silver ($120)
Pays for the facilitation fees of one 2 hour intro workshop for the whole troop
Leadership ($60)
Pays for the supplies for one 2 hour intro workshop for the whole troop
Community ($30)
Pays for the facilitation fees and supplies for one girl to attend the workshop
Change Maker ($20)
Pays for the facilitation fees for one girl for the workshop
Helping Hands ($10)
Pays for the supplies for one girl for the workshop
Secondary Sponsorship Needs
Educator ($27)
Buys one copy of the book "SoulCollage® Evolving", by Seena Frost, the founder of SoulCollage®, for the troop to use as a continuing resource during and after the workshop
Transporter ($17)
Covers the Facilitators transportation costs for one workshop
Resource ($15)
Buys one of SoulCollage® Inc.'s instructional CDs for the troop to use a continuing resource after the workshop.
