There are many ways we give to others this time of year. Add
this method to your toolbox. When we take the time for the important
work of self-care, we are better able to give to others & to
uniquely acknowledge the gifts we’ve received from them.
At this introductory level SoulCollage® workshop, you will be given the space and opportunity to:
- Learn about the fundamentals of the SoulCollage® process through a brief lesson, handouts & experiential exercises, with a special emphasis on the committee & community suits
- Relax and unwind
- Make your very own SoulCollage® card(s)
- Participate in a reading
- Be among other SoulCollagers!
SoulCollage® is a fun, intuitive collage process for individuals & communities, developed by Seena Frost and is described in her book, SoulCollage® Evolving.
In
an environment free of competition, you will be given the tools to
start building a unique, beautiful deck of cards that can be a
continuing resource for your own self care and in your interactions
with others.
You’ll learn to recognize the guides and
challengers unique to your own personal journey and learn how the cards
you’ve created can help you in cultivating your own inner wisdom.
No artistic talent or prior experience required!

10:00AM – 4:00PM in Santa Monica, CA.

WHAT TO BRING: Photos of friends, family members, mentors, pets, etc., who have enriched your life or inspired you.
Also,
bring an open mind and a sack lunch for yourself. Beverages, snacks,
and workshop materials are included in the cost of the retreat. You are
welcome to bring your own scissors or journals if you’d like. Our store
will also be open with the SoulCollage® book and additional materials
available for purchase. Cash or checks only, please.

special introductory offer. Costs of future events are subject to
change. Please pay by check or cash on the day of the event or ask for
our mailing address when you register. Scholarships are available and
no one is turned away for lack of funds.
